Mfc worse than covid

Mfc still has not actioned the mails I sent them. They still have not assisted in terms of adjusting my installment as per my convos with miss zwane, faith, and precious from kzn. Now I am getting warning mails from MFC, whilst I have paid what I discussed with those advisors telephonically and in writing. This is sooo stressful and causing me so much anxiety. Nedbank wrote on a media platform that that would assist us during difficult times. All they do is causing me stress. I have a home loan with std bank and they are not giving me stress like MFC, when covid started, std bank called and asked how can they assist me to cope. MFC just pester you, advisors are nasty as hell, I am so depressed and stressed out as I don't know what more to do. My mom paid off her veh, they didn't contact her to make arrangements to sent her, her natis. Even when you do the right thing, they are still not there for us as clients. I am really sick of this kind of treatment.
