MFC won't cancel my car maintenance plan
<p>I requested to cancel my car maintenance plan with MFC a division of Nedbank and they sent me forms which I filled and returned them through email on the 29/9/2016. Up to date they have not cancelled it. I tried calling them everyday from the second of May 2017 and still struggling to get it cancelled. I have to bear long minutes awaiting on the phone for assistant and cannot find help. I am so frustrated and do not know what to do anymore. Please help me</p>
