MFC vehicles finance

Last mouth July was my final installment on my vehicle. Two months before the time I received a e.mail from MFC regarding the change of ownership documents and the amount for those services. In end off June I made a installment payment with the amount for the change of ownership documents. Received my account statement (all good )... End of July I did my last and final installment payment. Phoned MFC on the 6th of August just to find out if my account is in the green and explain to then that I did the change of ownership payment together with My installment, they then asked me to just forward them the proof of payment and all the necessary information to prosse my documents. Sent all the documents to them on the same day., couple of days later I reserved a mail from MFC stating that I owed them money.,them end of the day I did the payment and send them the proof of payment again. Then I received another email from MFC saying I did a revirsal on my account, which I did not do. Called them again and they blamed me from doing a reversal, I then send them my banking statement for May June July and August. Yesterday I received a e.mail again from MFC asking me to send them statements for July and August witch I did. Today at 16:53 I reserved a mail again from MFC stating that my ID number is not linked to any accounts. So now I like to know what the HELL is going on with MFC??????? Is this a way to try and **** people or is it just a way to with hold people's documents that belongs to them after they payd off the vehicle ?
