MFC - TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT INFORMING ME

I bought Nissan Juke in 2013, in 2013 I lost my job, I contacted the bank about my situation, that I wont be able to continue paying my instalments, they should come and collect the vehicle, which they did and was sold, later I was told, there's a shortfall that I must pay, to my surprise I had a shortfall policy with them, however I was told they cant cover the shortfall amount as per policy, because I was not retrench but dismissed, so I had to make agreement with the bank to pay R100 on the shortfall, I have been paying the R100 since 2013, where during 2015 I received a call from the bank - MFC where I was told that my balance is Less than R22 000, and when I continue paying, I will be reducing my balance, since no interest is charged, I paid this R100 till end of February 2016 with a debit order,However end of March 2016 the debit order did not go through, that's where the bank deducted the money from my savings for my child, of an amount or R+35 000 without informing me, that they are taking my child savings,to my surprise I was told this morning by Nedbank agent (Johanna - ***) that's its once off interest the MFC charged to my balance - refer recording calls
