Mfc a devision of nedbank it's treating me like a stranger

I lost my job last year August now I got another job starting in February

A guy by Quintin is treating me badly because am black I don't know

I would like to take this further to the ombudsman of banking this not acceptable at all as I can make necessary arrangements to avoid legal action
