MFC setting me up for failure by changing my debit order date without my consent.
MFC sends me two smses at 18:24 and 18:25 respectively. Saying the following:
Nedbank MFC. Streamline your finances with ease. Your vehicle/asset 6281***x001 monthly debit order date is not aligned to your salary date, so we are changing it to 25 Mar 2024 to match your salary date. Call us on *** before 20 Mar 2024 to OPT OUT. Your financial peace of mind matters to us.
Now yesterday was the 20th and when I called in their office hours are 730am to 5pm. Today is a public holiday so offices are closed. How can they expect me to opt out during office hours when they send a msg after office hours?
How can you just change my debit order date? After I specially chose for it to be on the date that it is and there was never an issue about it for over a year. Are you trying to set me up for failure but changing the date so it can bounce when you try to debit my acc as my salary date is not always on the 25th.
Come right man, this is nonsense.
