MFC SERVICE

Insurance paid last year and still there was a residual left and I am still paying five months later without a settlement amount.. Kelvin Ndlovu from Nedbank FMC never returns my emails or calls..I call d today asking for a settlement letter and I still have not received any response..the service with Nedban MFC is disgusting and customer service is really bad to say the list
