MFC's bad service

I am Tumi Smouse and had purchased an audi A1 1.4 attraction 3drs from Citreon in Centurion in November 2016. The price of the vehicle advertised was R165000. I then flew from cape town to Pretoria to go get the car. The car is financed by MFC and the financed amount is in the attached documents. My car was insured by dial direct. I was involved in a car accident in January 2017 and dial direct authorised an unknown dealer to tow my car. My car was with the unknown dealer for a week (only God knows if my car was not stripped parts when it was in those premises). A week later dial direct calls to tell me my car is a write off and they are going to pay MFC the market value of the car. Attached is their breakdown of payment , that has left me with a shortfall. I was a first time buyer of a vehicle and have less knowledge on some terminologies e.i shortfall cover that they told me about. MFC then called me to tell me that they have recalculated the debt and excluded the interest and it amounted to +- R65000. My account was then moved to the legal team. A lady by the name of Linah Thimane handles my case. She called to make payment arrangements with me of R1500pm effectively from March 2017 until the full debt is recovered. She had advised that I couldn’t purchase another car until I have fully repaid the money back to MFC. I then went to the bank for a personal loan, so I could repay this money and reapply for car finance, only to find out that MFC had blacklisted me. I tired contacting MFC and no one was willing to talk to me . I emailed Linah and she just read my emails and never reverted to me. A week ago MFC called me to offer me a shortfall cover and I advised them that I no longer have a vehicle.

I have attached all relevant documents and the photographs of my car. I feel like dial direct has failed me and under paid my car. They never mentioned a short fall cover with me when selling the product and I had specifically said to the sales guy that I am a first time owner of a car.I feel that my car could have been st********** at the unauthorised premises resulting to the long quotation list amounting to R135 to fix the car from dial direct. Dial direct did not ask me to issue them with my offer to purchase before they decided if they could insurer me and what the premiums could amount to. MFC has just served me with poor customer service and blacklisted me unfairly so for nothing. This situation has drained me since the 6th of January 2017.
