MFC not willing to assist

<p>I purchased a 2014 VW Polo from McCarthey Ford the Glen in Pretoria and what should have been a breeze turned into a nightmare, when I received the vehicle, I was never advised that the car had previously been sprayed before and because it was raining the whole weekend when I got it the it was very hard to see but when I took it for a wash and parked it in the sun ****ty paint job and chip marks came out, I then approached the salesman Abrie Grobler and he simply said he went through the car with a fine comb which really mad me furious and I then decided to take it further went to the Nedbank as well even they wouldn't assist me but all the while knowing that the vehicles registration hadn't been done but being charged R3950 for on the road fees, Cheyhanne Viljoen even went as far as saying that she told me I must do the regstration myself and they will reimburse me. So what did you guys charge me for on the road fees and all the other things for? and why when I contact the bank they can never get back to me, I hope christopher coetzee as well as Days van wyk know that from the 1st of November the car will not be insured at all</p>
