MFC Nedbank - R 1000 charged for repo fees - vehicle wasnt repod and paid in time

<p>MFC Nedbank has tried to repo my vehicle last year - upon discovering this i settled the arrears of R 5207 immediately and discovered that MFC added R 1000 in fees calling it Repo Fees on the statement - The vehicle was never repossed - and clearly MFC does not care about customer service as you wait endlessly for statements and correspondence untill they want to repo the vehicle. No notices whatsoever was sent to me that they want to repossed and the lack of competence my MFC staff and bad attitude is shocking. I have never in my life been so intimidated and humiliated. Yesterday Werner Oosthuizen a debt collector from MFC told me over the phone that he gets " DIK GE IRRITEERD " of phoning clients and had a threatening attitude and tone. Today Werner requested for a repo auth from Phumzile at MFC saying in writing on email that I the client am not cooperating, this is however after i have made a payment yesterday of R 1500.00 - and promised another payment within seven days. My car has been financed by MFC in 2013 and mfc is laughing all the way to the bank.</p>
