Mfc nedbank poor management of accounts

I have been making late payments towards my vehicle account with nedbank mfc as my husband has a terminal illness and has to undergo extensive treatment. Currently I'm late with my April instalment only. The credit controller Priseldene Boaz has been emailing me letters of demand etc. I explained to her that I would like a later payment date as my dying husband is undergoing extreme treatment which is expensive and that's why I'm late with payment and I cannot answer my phone when he's in the treatment room as other patients are also present.this is insensitive of me to have conversations over payment as I'm in a room full of dying people. Some person called 'Hoppy hopkinson' emails me from a vodamail email address and signs off the email as mike stating j need to make payment for my car and advises that another R2000.00 is charged to me. I find it quite strange that a company like mfc nedbank would use a debt collection company where the name of the person and email address do not correspond with each other? There was no business signature and when I requested a statement I received a blank document with digits and a very convenient R2000.00 added to my current balance. There was no company logo or anything confirming this was an mfc account or the debt collector company. It was clearly a word document which is easily editable printed to pdf format. When i asked for an mfc statement I only received the above document. The next day I received an official mfc statement confirming I'm in arrears for round R8300.00 which is my instalment for April. I find it very odd that a company as large as mfc nedbank would use a collection company for an account that is not even 3 months in arrears? And furthermore, one that lacks professionalism to show the company logo ,the initiators name does not correspond to the email address, the initiators personal email address is used for work purposes? There is also no breakdown of what the R2000.00 is being charged for. I may have been contacted 4 to 5 times via email and I have never spoken to Hoppy or Mike or whatever is his name is. So what am j charged 2 grand for? Are you telling me that mfc's collection company cheetah finance is charging me round 500 rand per email they are sending me?that is absolutely ridiculous!!!I'm not an idiot to just pay 2 grand to a company that does not even have their own email address or logo and does not provide a detailed statement of what they are charging me for. What if this is some hoax to make me pay an additional R2000.00? I'm sure nedbank mfc can do better than that!!!
