MFC Nedbank- *********** ***********, *********** FOREVER

I purchased my vehicle at a dealer and he arranged finance from MFC. It is a constant struggle with *********** staff!!!! During the past two years I only managed to receive two or three statements in total. WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A STATEMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE???? WHY IS IT EVEN NECESSARY TO ASK FOR A STATEMENT. I have never ever seen such a lazy cabal. It's impossible to access their website. It keeps on going around and around forever. Is there somebody out there at all who can assist me PLEASE?
