MFC .. Nedbank Incompetence and Lack of urgency

They double debit my vehicle finance debit order two weeks ago. I went to them last week monday to inform them. I get told they cant reverse only refund. Then they say 3 working days. I went there on Friday to find out why it was not done. I was told that it has been set up but not released. Its been a whole 7 days. I am still waiting.

I reach out to them they tell me its a freaking holiday they cant help.

So i needed my money to pay other debts two weeks ago.. now i am behind because of someones incompetence and their lack of urgency..

If they needed a loan from me they should just asked and i would have told them to obviously go jump in the nearest volcano. Instead of just tapping into my account at will.

Today is the 17th? So what must happen to the debts i couldn't pay? The arrears must be reimburst by them.

If my account is in arrears while waiting for customers to pay they charge me R214 per day. So i guess i must also charge them the same per day until they pay me back.

Im so ****ed...
