MFC Nedbank. has no heart

After requesting to reduce my repayment on my vehicle as I have just lost my job. Their reason was that they do not "process payment arrangement for dismissals"

I never asked to stop or pause payment , just to assist me to decrease my installment for the next 3 months until I find a job .
