MFC NEDBANK CONSULTANTS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They debited my car installment twice. I did not make that arrangement. My car is not behind with payments. 2 out of 3 consultants put the phone down in my ear when I asked for clarity. The last consultant also put the phone down in my ear for asking to speak to a supervisor because all of them are giving different feedback. I was told I will get my second installment in my nedbank account on less than 24 hours. It's been way more than 25 hours no refund no feedback
