MFC Nedbank

Additional protection cover at a price of over R500 was added onto my MFC finance for many months without my knowlegde and authorisation yet my vehicle as been comprehensively insured from date of ownership.

Complaint raised and 2 seperate consultants tried calling me ONCE and thereafter kept marking the case as resolved. I have made numerous attempts to try and contact the call centre and the complaints consultants via telephone and email more than 5 times last week. To NO surprise nobody as bothered to return the call and handle my complaint both telephonically or via email.

This has now been more than a week and yet again, a further R500 odd rands debited out from my account.

Poor poor customer service. I should have switched my finance over to Wesbank when they offered early on in the process.
