MFC nedbank

MFC somehow saw it fit to add a balloon payment on my account without having discussed with me or even got the authorization from me. And now when I enquire about it and request for it to be removed. Sharnel Lutchman is giving me the run arounds.

This is totally unacceptable, I refuse to be part of a group were people are being ****med by banks.
