MFC must be a division of Jack Sparrow's crew

My vehicle was written off in December, insurance paid out and still MFC has deducted a payment at the end of December and again at the end of January. They messaged me in January to say the account is closed but didn't bother sending me statements for the past 2 months so I can see exactly what is going on. When I called them I was transferred to a team that is not able to pick up the phone. Where are my statements and where is the money you took from my account.
