MFC MOTOR VEHICHLE

I have been trying to get assistance from Nedbank since the 19 December 2024 to date no feedback! I have called numerous times following up on my request for assisted sales. I have been transferred by Client Services to assisted sales then to collections then back to Client services. THEY EXPAIN THE PROCESS TO ME as if i have requested to be transferred to that department, Then they put me on mute and say nothing! I am so ****ED WITH THE SERVICE I AM GOING TO LOOSE THIS OFFER TO NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETNECE OF THE MFC GROUP! PULL ALL THE RECORDINGS OF ALL
