MFC - missing payment

I have had some trouble in April when I changed backs. My new Account was not debited for my car monthly installment. I ended up doing an EFT, however the money could not be traced as to where it went. I have been to the bank several times and they have confirmed them it indeed went into the MFC account but somehow must have been allocated incorrectly. I have contacted MFC back and forth via email and to no avail. I have still to date not been refunded or told what happened to the R3000 I paid April 30th. Ridiculous to say the least!
