MFC Jan La Grange and his bad attitude plus zero customer service
I'm really getting tired of complaining about this bank and its uncultured people. Can you stop hiring people that know nothing about customer service. I logged a complaint about my vehicle during lockdown which was in arrears since I couldn't afford to make any payments. And Jan made an arrangement that my account will be frozen and I'll proceed by starting to make payments in June. Meaning the other months wouldn't count. Fast forward to August I sent Jan an email wanting to enquire about my account and if I can make an advance payment. Reason for this is because I'm still unemployed and the lockdown has affected me negatively. He didn't bother himself to respond to my emails and calls (red flag) . Last week Friday on the 18th I made an additional payment of R16000 because I had paid R16000 in August to cover for June till August. I sent Jan an email again and wrote in simple English asking when my next payment will be due since I paid in advance. Reason for this is because I wanted to be covered for the whole year and start paying in January again, instead he rep**** by sending a statement only. No explanations regarding my questions. I called him and I'm annoyed and so angry by his response cause he sounds like an illiterate, uneducated person. He asked with an attitude if I can't read a statement, and that my account was in arrears. When I asked what arrears was he referring to cause my question on the email was simple, instead he referred me to the statement again. I've got all the emails and I trust you have all the call recordings from the time I was called about the outstanding money since April. I don't wanna get more ****ed off. Can you assign a professional person that understands customer service cause I won't tolerate such treatment. Not now not ever. If he doesn't wanna explain in detail he must resign cause I'm sure there is more professional people that know about customer service than him.
