mfc is not a reliable financial institution

i have been trying to get hold of mfc agents regarding my overdue account and i am struggling to get any help from them. i am starting believe that mfc wants me to loose my car that only has a balance of R40000. i hope that they will call me back as this is causing a strain on my mental health. ***
