MFC IS FORCING ME TO USE THEIR OWN CAR INSURANCE EVEN WHEN I HAVE MY OWN.THEY KNOW VERY WELL THAT I HAVE MY OWN CAR INSURANCE BECAUSE I HAVE SENT THEM MY PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.

MFC is forcing me to use their insurance while I have my own car insurance.Now I am paying R7200 something for Grand i10 2023 model because they have included their insurance while I have mine.They asked me for a proof of insurance...I have sent it to them ,I even got theit respond they said they have received it.I asked them for to refund me my money they said refund will take some days.I understood them but to my surprise today I got their debut mendate sms that they will deduct R7200 something again instead of R6400 something.I don't know if they want me to miss payment so that they can add arreas or what.PLEASE MFC I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY 2 INSURANCE FOR ONE CAR.YOUR INSURANCE DOESNT COVER EVERYTHING.PLEASE CANCEL ME AND REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY BACK.I HAVE MY OWN COMPREHENSIVE COVER AND I ALSO PROOF OF INSURANCE ANDI HAVE RECEIVED IT.I NEED ALL MY MONEY BACK.WHEN I CALL YOU ,YOU ACT AS IF YOU WILL FIX THAT THEN AFTER YOU KEEP ON DEDUCTING MORE MORE.I URGENTLY NEED TO BE CANCELLED FROM YOUR INSURANCE AND REFUND ME MY MONEY ....I AM NOT INTERESTED ON YOUR INSURANCE.
