MFC is ****** useless

In August i requested the customer care dept to change my debit order date as well as my banking details and it was confirmed that the installment would be deducted from the correct account, its been two months in a row that MFC is deducting from the incorrect account and I have been making EFT payments to them due to their incompetence. I received a call from the collections department advising that my installment is outstanding, I informed the lady and she said she will send me her email address so I can send her the proof of payment and I haven't received anything as yet. I am really losing my patience with MFC this is the worst organization that I have come across you would swear that this is a goverment organization that promotes incompetence. If you want your car back then take it but don't call me for nonsense telling me I haven't paid my installment when I have been making payments cause of your incompetency. I would not encourage anyone to take out finance with MFC cause its a nightmare
