MFC is a ****

I purchased a vehicle last year using MFC as my finance.i ran into financial problems and there was a month where they couldn't debit the instalment I called them to explain my situation and then we agreed on that I will split the instalment into 3.. they have been debiting double ever since even though I have payed that installment..I must say MFC is a **** and people should think twice before taking vehicle finance under them..this is the most pathetic service I've received in any financial institution..I would give them a minus 10 rating👎👎👎👎☹️☹️☹️☹️
