MFC Insurance Policy refund

Early March MFC asked for my proof of Car Insurance. I had just changed my car insurance and therefore called in to cancel my current insurance so that I do not get double changed end of the month.

I sent MFC the cancelled insurance proof of insurance - They said it is too old they wont approve. I sent them the New insurance documents which they would start deducting by 28 March.

MFC said this is not enough information for them to be sure I have the car insured. They then went ahead and took a car insurance policy for me at R630. which they deducted together with my month instalments.

Soon after My new insurance deducted from my account. I sent MFC proof. they said they will refund me within 7 - 10 working days. When I called them yesterday.. they told me I will get money in 14days.

I have been sending emails even this afternoon but no response.
