MFC INNOVATION GROUP IS A ****

MFC is working with Innovation Group for service plan. The innovation group is *****ulent company and is using database of MFC to target new car owners funded by MFC. They will introduce themselves as Nedbank MFC the company that funded you and inform you that the car you bought through the Nedbank MFC service plan had elapsed and the MFC will like to add service plan to cover your car. In 2021i bought a Mercedes Benz C*** and I was funded by Nedbank MFC. The very same year I September after I serviced my car in got a call from MFC innovation.group saying the car service plan had elapsed . I took their advice and took 3 yrs plan. It happened in June 2025 I wanted to service my car. I was told that the service plan had elapsed. Unfortunately, I was already informed that the service plan which I took only service my car twice. I made a call to alert them and requesting grace period to service my car for the 3rd time through their company they refused. Ms Jaunary demanded a proof that my car was still under warranty when I took a cover. I did send them Mercedes Benz service plan then in return I requested that they refund the 2021 to 2022 contribution made. Mr Lwandostarted to trun the story around saying the plan was adjusted to service my car in 2025. I told him but the time I requested you refused therefore please refund the money to MFC as it was added to my car loan. He refused. I wrote to MFC complaint but they said innovation Group will respond. I rude response that nothing can be done there is no refund but I can only service my car . I reported that I serviced my car and sent proof of service kit which I bought as I couldn't afford to pay service plan at Mercedes Benz dealer. Mr Lwando said he doesn't care about service kit I bought. I dont need cash but I need MFC account to be reduced by the money which I was supposed to have used for service which the innovation group had refused in June when I requested that the 2021 to 20222 contribution made to service my car for the last time as my car in 2021 to 2022 was still under Mercedes service plan.
