MFC HARASSMENT

<p>I am behind on my car payments, and made an arrangement with the debt collectors i was handed over to. This morning, which is the day i was supposed to make my final payment according to the arrangement in place, someone that claims to work there by you followed me from my home and was driving recklessesly in an attempt to make me pull over.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pulled over, asked what it is they wanted. He said hes from MFC, showed me my finance agreement and said came to fetch the car. I asked for the Court Order, which he didnt have, and he stated that he would come later with Police., and further stated that i made arrangements with the debt collectors so theres no way im handing over the car to him. I said to him that long as they have a court order in place hes more than welcome to come with the defence force even later on the day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my issues are</p> <p>1. The ******* repossession attempt that occured this morning without a court order in place, and by a person that isnt even a sherrif of the court - i will see how i take this matter up with whatever ombudsman thats available since the behaviour of that gentleman caused a danger to not only me, but the other drivers and pedestrians on the road. </p> <p>2. The harasment and ************. - if the SA law allows i will also be opening a case with the SAPS since I am a woman and was alone.</p>
