MFC FINANCIAL DIVISION OF NEDBANK

MFC a division of Nedbank, this MFC took my husband money from the bank on the 15th they deduct that was an agreement but only to found out that on the 22 Feb 2024 again they took 6700, my husband get the money from the funeral policy to bury my uncle MFC took the sum of R6000 i was very angry because that was not our agreement. i reported the matter they told me that the lady who is dealing with the payments (Tania)she said the is a lot of people in a queue waited to get their money as well i must wait, so this is a norm of this company taking the money in our banks with no agreement. i must asked around for the money that they took to add on the money that i have so that i can be able to pay for the Funeral how sad is that. i need to know now that tomorrow is the 15th are they going to debit their money again whereas the is the money that they should pay back? it's 16 days now no response from them , no refund
