MFC extended car warranty

Private car finance deal was settled. Now i am requesting for an extended car warranty and service plan quote from MFC and i get no call back or email acknowledgement.

I have called into the call center and an agent promised me that i would get a call back in regards to the quote, its been a week now but nothing. disappointed because i have been getting normal call backs for car financing, but now that the deal is done, seems like im made like a less important customer.
