MFC Enquiry

I made an Enquiry last week Monday the 21st of September requesting a statement for my credit and balance, I only received a reply confirming receipt of my request and was told I will be rep**** to in 24-36 hours. After 3 days of no response I returned an email again requesting the same. Till today I am still waiting. Very unprofessional and annoying to have to beg for a mere piece of paper so I can clear my debt
