MFC dropping the ball

Hi guys I have been struggling to get my registration papers from MFC Since the 25th of June 2018. You phone in and are kept on hold for over a hour and this has happened on a number of occasions. I have ten been emailing since then and todate no one has come back to me. Really don’t understand why it’s so difficult.
