MFC - DOES NOT CARE ABOUT LOYAL CLIENTS

For the last 5 years we have been paying our car religiously, never skipped any payments. Then Covid hit South Africa, I'm unemployed and one month in arrears. Being hounded by the legal department day in and day out for 1 month arrears. Asked if we could reduce the payment was told the car is too old they cannot restructure the contract. MFC not willing to assist in anyway possible and now want pictures of the car to see if it's in our possession. MFC don't want to help loyal clients..
