MFC disgusting treatment of clients

I have fallen behind on my vechile due to unforseen circumstances, I have 2 cars with MFC, the one which was settled way before the term. Mfc however have no customer service or way of tearing their clients when it comes to assistance. Their agents are rude and unprofessional even when I am in the process of bringing the arrears up to date. I will never do business with MFC again. Worst customer service ever.
