Mfc Debts collector

Dear sir/madam

I have an issue regarding MFC my Debts collector council that promised to help me to pay for my car I'm under the company debt collector they've been deducting money from my account for 4 months only to find out that they haven't been paying the bank for a couple of months which was R18,936.85 I decided to pay the bank so they may not reposess my car I asked My debt collector council to please pay the amount they owe to the bank I also asked them to please email me the voice records for the agreement between me and the debt collectors and the proof of invoice that they have been deducting money from my account and the letter of agreement (Confirmation letter) between The Debt collector council and the bank that they will pay directly to the bank
