MFC - debit order fluctuation

I bought a vehicle that has been financed through MFC, the first Month the installment was suppose to be R2900 and some cents, thereafter my monthly installments was suppose to be R2700 for 70 months, however yesterday my account has been debited with an amount of R3200, this is pure negligence, and so unprofessional, if this is the kind of treatment this companies customers receives, i will definitely go to an alternative bank and do the financing through them, i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
