MFC customer service

Hi

I have been calling the MCF nedbank department for weeks now to get ahold of the person to assist me with my claim. I keep on getting placed on hold for no reason then dropping the call. I just want to know how can you send an accessor to my house without notifying me then do not even bother to call me back? I am not willing to pay for this poor service.
