MFC ********ly keeping me in debt

I have been in touch with Nedbank MFC for the past 2 to 3 months trying to get back onto debt review and every time I look I am hit with the next batch of numbers to pay blocking me from getting back on debt review. The idea here is to make it easier for the customer to pay and yet I am being treated like a ********, even though I have been paying for over 3 years now and recently brought the account up to date. We all have to pay our bills and sometimes we slip but we try to fix it as I have and worked hard to get this done. The vehicles are our bread and butter used mostly for work purposes and MFC is not coming to the party here. Zerodebt is really doing their best to get us back up and running while MFC is just waiting till the end of the month to hit us with the next big bill and of course if not paid will just send collectors and lawyer fees and the list goes on. . . They are actually keeping us down so that at the end of the day they can just send the Sheriff to take the vehicles away giving them a huge profit and me still having to pay after the vehicles are gone. I know how this process works and it is wrong and ******** - yes I am calling it out. This is very ********. There are many South Africans doing their level best to keep up with demand and pay their bills. Sure some just don't care but we are showing that we care and we are paying but help us out too, instead of crushing us. We want to be on zerodebt so that we can pay a more affordable amount. I will not give up and I will keep sending my complaints higher and higher up the food chain till I get results.
