MFC 😡😡😡😡

I had car finance with MFC since 2015 now in October I was suppose to pay the Ballon payment of R83000 which I did on the 30th October. Now after inquiring why I don't get feedback regarding the payment or documents of my Car. Brian and Thabong from the call center they told me that MFC the re finance my car without my consent and I have any outstanding amount of R3k. Why MFC??? I payed your money what do you want from me?
