MFC arrangement refusal

MFC refusing payment arrangement.. I was admitted at a psychiatric hospital and was unable to pay for the car for 2months.. I called in to ask for an extension because of the short fall of the medical aid.. I sent all documents then the requests was declined for a contract extension.. This is my 6th Year paying the car.. A loyal and committed client.. just a recent phase.. I then called Vusi Sithole for payment arrangement of R2 0000 for the outstanding 10 000 .. His rude n demands for 70% of the amount or else my car will be repossessed.. I’m going through a stressful stage n my arrangement is still declined
