MFC are the worst

I am not satisfied with MODIKWE MATHENJWA,the person in charge of my account at MfC.

I had a car financed with MFC and i have been paying every month.

Unfortunately i have come across some financial difficulties and resorted to debt counseling. I kept up with paying my counsellors and always made a plan to keep my payments up to date.

It was untill another debt counselling company got a hold of my number and phoned me. DEBTFRESH. These *******s have convinced me that my debt counsellors are *****ing a percentage of my money that i should join them to pay the actual monthly premium.

I joined them and i payed the new decreased installment happily.

It was 2 months after joining DEBTFRESH that i got messages from collectors stating i didnt pay on my account and that they gonna repo my vehicle.

Another month past and collectors turned up at my house ,wanting to take my car. I phoned DEBTFRESH and asked why collectors are here and they told me not to give them the car.

Turns out the application of DEBTFRESH has not been accepted by my creditors so ive been paying DEBTFRESH , but my money hasnt been reaching my creditors. So i have an arrears thats sky high.

I maade contact with MODIKWE MATHENJWA regarding my situation and told MODIKWE MATHENJWA what my situation is and i tried to negotiate to get my arrears sorted out with an increased monthly instalment, but all i got was an "I dont care" she just wants the arrears settled at once or they gona repo the car.

I am so frustrated with this whole thing coz i have payed every month ,but people who supposed to help are not doing anything at all.
