MFC approved my vehicle finance then DECLINED me....WHY???

I app**** for vehicle finance and it was approved. I even got a confirmation via sms that my application was approved. I was informed that a consulrant would call me to verify my details. One week later after receiving the sms I never received a call back from the MFC consultant.

After submitting all my documents via my dealer there was still jo communication from them. When I called MFC they said they had no record of my application. I thought to myself this must be a joke.

After speaking to my dealership a day after calling MFC I am informed that my application was declined due to being a high risk. I dont have any debts...debts have been paid up. My Credit report is clear I even asked Experian for my report which came out fine a good credit score.

MFC has not called me...its unfair giving clients false hope WHY approve me and then later decline me for a reason that does not exist.

You are playing with other peoples feelings. I waa so excited then my excitement turned total disappointment . I dont accept this service from Nedbank as a first time client.

I need ANSWERS from MFC.
