MFC and Nedbank app and website is faulty!!

I brought a vehicle through MFC. I got instructed to register on their website and download the app. Registration on the website cant be done neither can I register on the money app. Both gives error messages. I phoned MFC the lady said I cant register because they don't have my phone nr as my primary nr. She will correct it.....I still cant register. Phoned the number given on the app. Was told to reload the app cause the problem is with my phone. I explained what the previous person said. The lady then only looked at my profile. There is no telephone nr listed and I need to go to a bank and update my detail in person......
