MFC Abuses

My father has been forced by MFC to pay for a ballon payment which is not in his contract, when i sent a compliant letter with Powers of attorney signed by him,they refused to help stating that the clinet(my Father) must be the one to send the letter from one of the need bank branchs ,even though his in hospital and i am his attorney of recoerd.

Guys where is the logic in this, where?

When did companies start refusing to aknowledge attorneys that client choose to appoint?
