MFC A DIVISION OF NEDBANK- NEVER AGAIN!

Almost 20 emails and many phone calls later, I'm still struggling to get a statement email without having someone else's statement attached to my name. The POPI Act is being contravened and my personal identity number is attached to who-knows how many other entities? I need written confirmation that my id is only attached to my transaction and that my personal information had not been distributed to someone else. I want to SETTLE the vehicle purchase but am afraid to do so since I receive statements from someone else's purchases attached to my name. I get automated replies when I send an email and the promised phone calls I will receive never happens. This is my first dealing with this financier and trust me the last!
