MFC, a division of Nedbank - cruel to widows

If you can use other financing houses for your car, please do. DO NOT USE MFC. My husband passed away. I settled the car that I drive that was in his name. It's been months now of not receiving the Natis docs, only to discover that MFC (a division of Nedbank - or so they say in adverts but in real life all I heard repeatedly was "they have their own processes and systems") handed these over to some Daniel Francois Du Toit that I don't know. My question is, if you are a registered FSP, should you not question transactions that have more that one Letter of Excecutorship?
