MFC, a division of Nedbank

I have had my car financed by MFC since 2015. I settled my account over 2 days ago and they said they would call me. They didn’t call, I called them and they said I must wait for the money to reflect or send proof of payment. I sent proof of payment and they’ve been quiet since. No email, nothing. Their service is appalling to say the least, I need my car papers.
