Mfc a division of Nedbank

Mfc a division of Nedbank limited did me dirty..I requested a settlement quote and it was sent to me via email ,went and paid the full required amount and they sent me a message that my account was fully paid up and my account is closed,few days after received an sms saying i have to pay arrears of R4042,46 apparently payment was reversed not sure when and when i asked when was this i was sent from pillar to post,the lady who was assigned to my case named Thembisile Maluka was forever not available,and it was said that they would call me back and nothing,since their calls are recorded I’m sure they know I’ve called a numerous times and still no one explained to me how we got to the arrears ,after that i was sent a letter of demand due to the unknown arrears ,I payed it anyway to avoid further charges even though to this day I don’t know how I got to the arrears because i don’t remember a single month missing a payment ..i feel i was ****med and honestly i am not happy and how they treated the whole situation with demands and everything,as a customer i have a right to know what im paying for and they denied me that right..totally unfair
