MFC

I owe MFC 2 months instalment they handed me to collectors i also called and sent them an email asking them to extend my term they didn't respond later I didn't receive any calls from them and they sent a guy to my workplace today to come collect the car with no papers no communication nothing and I told him the car is not with me but with my dad in Joburg because I was afraid it can also be ******** or people who want to hijack the car and i told the guy that I'm still at work I will call MFC to verify the information he must give me 7days he left after work he calls me again saying MFC rejected my proposal to pay them within 7days now it's either I pay or they take the car and I told him to wait for me to verify this information with MFC he hang up later on my husband calls me that the is a guy waiting for him in the parking lot he says he came for the car it's either I pay the money or they take the car so my question is what is the procedure regarding a client missing installment and is cooperating n still paying the other installment what is the reason for them to reject my plea for term extension and I wanna lay a formal complaint against the bank because it was raining they holding my husband hostage that either we pay or they take the car and it's late with no paperwork nothing and where do they get the right to tell my husband about my missed premium is it not supposed to be a private conversation between me and MFC
