Im Nokuthula Zondo,and made a purchase of the vehicle Landrover in 2021 4 march at Auto Vision Gazini in Pretoria assisted by Barend an Johan and things did not go well financially as I got separated from my husband in November 2021 I then called Barend informing him of my situation an he advice me to return the car back to the them before the closing of business (christmas holidays) an was told the car will be sold back to the dealership till this day it hasn't happen I receive numerous call from MFC regarding the payments I would inform the dealership, they would pay for after every call I make to them. Cecilia from MFC came to my house 11 August 2022with the letter of non payment I informed her about the situation and she promised me that the matter will be resolved, nothing of such happened. I wrote email to *** to assist me with the matter on December 2022 Kobus from MFC came to me in May 2023 after threatening me documents that I needed to sign or he will hand me over to the police, also inform him about the whereabout of the vehicle Landrover an he came back saying he tracked the car and Iwas given documents to sign authorising the car back to MFC and the auction thereafter. Nothing happened as im still receiving calls of non pay. I'm above frastrated in these 3 years my life is stuck I cannot by a Rdp house nor car I cannot
